Mix in a healthy portion of knowledge, professional, honest advice for you and your client.
Gently blend together with a courtesy Referral to a suitable area agent if I cannot assist you or your Client.
Process at high speed with lots of determination to work with your Clients to find them exactly what they want, which means money in the bank to you.
Once Offer is well-done & completed, prepare a check with a Referral paid promptly to your Broker, on Closing.
