When you Buy Your Home through....

Vicki will always remember the responsibility given to her in representing you during the purchase of your new home.
She will provide you with all necessary information to assist you in making the most informed decision possible.
Vicki will determine all the requirements and features you want in a home, and do her very best to find a property that meets those requirements, in the price range specified by you.
Together, you will select the most desirable properties in your price range, chosen from her computerized inventory of available properties, through the MLS.
Vicki will familiarize you with the Purchase Agreement, and answer all questions you might have... no question is "inappropriate".
She will work out any financing requirements you may have, if necessary, so that you will know exactly what you can afford, and what the monthly mortgage payments and fixed costs will be.
Vicki will negotiate the Purchase Agreement on your behalf, and help you with procedure and protocol.
Once the accepted Offer is in place, she will help you arrange any necessary inspections, send the appropriate papers to title compamy, and assist you with the necessary steps, until the final closing date, and you are in your new home.
